Chỉ để tư vấn sản phẩm, xử lý và giao đơn hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng. Chúng tôi không bán thông tin của bạn.
Một phần tin nhắn được trả lời bởi trợ lý tự động (AI). Nội dung tin nhắn được gửi đến nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI (Anthropic) để tạo câu trả lời, và được lưu trên máy chủ do chúng tôi thuê (Vultr). Nếu bạn gửi ảnh (da, sản phẩm), ảnh được gửi đến Anthropic để trợ lý đọc và tóm tắt thành vài dòng chữ; chúng tôi không lưu file ảnh, chỉ lưu phần tóm tắt chữ. Chủ shop có thể xem và tiếp quản cuộc trò chuyện bất kỳ lúc nào.
Tin nhắn được lưu tối đa 12 tháng, sau đó tự động xóa.

What we collect. When you message Cây Rơm on Facebook Messenger or Zalo, we receive your platform ID and the content of your messages. If you place an order, we also store the name, phone number and delivery address you provide.
Why. To advise on products, process and deliver orders, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data.
Automated assistant and processors. Some replies are written by an automated (AI) assistant. Message content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies and is stored on a server we rent (Vultr). If you send a photo (skin, products), it is sent to Anthropic so the assistant can read it and write a short text summary; we do not store the image file, only the text summary. The shop owner can read and take over any conversation.
Retention. Messages are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically.
Deletion requests. Message our page or contact quochungxd@gmail.com to access or delete your data. We respond within 7 working days.
